Gifted by Mint (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a personalised gifting brand owned and operated by 3Design Center SPLLC, registered in North Macedonia.

We specialise in custom-made gifts such as mugs, apparel, tote bags, baby onesies, pillows, water bottles, banners, and more. Many of our products are designed to be personalised, making them unique and meaningful to each customer.

These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” “customer,” or “user”) and Gifted by Mint. They explain your rights, obligations, and responsibilities when using our website or purchasing products.

By using our services, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old (or have legal parental/guardian consent if under 18).

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

• Agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our business, products, policies, or applicable laws. 3.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colours, patterns, or materials will be an exact representation of the final product. Small variations in colour, size, or texture are normal and do not constitute a defect.

3.2 Personalised Products

• Many of our products are personalised with names, dates, images, or custom messages provided by you.

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details are accurate, including spelling, capitalisation, formatting, and images.

• Once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee changes or corrections.

• We reserve the right to reject personalisation requests that contain offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful content.

3.3 Availability

All products are subject to availability. We may discontinue, limit, or modify items without prior notice.

4. Orders

4.1 Order Process

When you place an order on our website:

1. You add items to your basket.

2. You review order details, including personalisation information.

3. You provide billing, delivery, and payment details.

4. You confirm and submit your order.

Once submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs only when your order is processed and dispatched.

4.2 Order Accuracy

It is your responsibility to review your order details carefully before submission. We are not liable for errors in personalisation, delivery addresses, or other details provided by you.

4.3 Order Cancellations

• Orders for cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

• Оrders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been dispatched.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons such as suspected fraud, payment failure, or product unavailability.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Currency

All prices on our website are listed in United States Dollars (USD). If your payment method uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may charge conversion fees.

5.2 Pricing

• Prices do not include delivery costs, which will be calculated at checkout.

• Taxes and duties may apply depending on your location. Customers are responsible for any customs or import fees (see Section 6.5).

We deliver worldwide. Available destinations and delivery rates are displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location, product type, and delivery method. While we aim to meet estimated times, delays may occur due to courier issues, customs processing, or unforeseen events.

6.3 Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

6.4 Risk of Loss

All orders are delivered to the address you provide. Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to you upon delivery by the carrier.

6.5 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied by your country’s authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid to clear the package. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Products cannot be returned or refunded unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days once approved.

• Confirm that you own or have the legal right to use the content.

When using our website or purchasing products, you agree not to:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
