Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy

This Policy explains the rules regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations for Gifted by Mint, owned and operated by 3Design Center SPLLC, when purchasing through our independent website www.giftedbymint.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy on Refunds

Because most of our products are personalised and custom-made, we do not accept refunds or returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect personalisation details provided by the Customer.

  • Disliking the product after delivery.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to check all personalisation details carefully before confirming their order.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

2.1 Wrong Product Sent

If you receive a product that is materially different from your order (e.g., wrong colour, size, or design), you may request a refund.

2.2 Damaged or Defective Product

If the product arrives damaged, broken, or with a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a refund. Normal wear, mishandling, or improper care is not covered.

3. Timeframe for Refund Requests

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Requests after this period will not be accepted.

  • Proof of delivery may be required.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email hello@giftedbymint.com within 24 hours of receipt.

  2. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

  3. Attach photographic or video evidence showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

We may request additional evidence before approving the refund.

5. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement Option:
We may offer a replacement for wrong or damaged products instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Cancellation Window

  • Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placement, before production begins.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to hello@giftedbymint.com.

6.2 Cancellations Not Accepted

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • Personalised products that are in production are final and cannot be refunded or cancelled.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds and cancellations will not be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • Failure to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care.

  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or placement of design, which are normal in handmade and personalised products.

  • Incorrect personalisation details provided by the Customer.

  • Refusal to pay customs or import duties, resulting in non-delivery.

8. Customs and Import Fees

Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied in their country. We do not refund orders refused or returned due to unpaid fees.

9. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of North Macedonia, without affecting your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.
