Since all our products are made to order and personalised, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
The item arrives damaged
There is a manufacturing defect
You received the wrong product
If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Yes you can cancel your order but only if your order has not yet gone into production.
To cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
