Typically, production takes between 2 to 5 business days. After the product is printed and prior to shipment, we will provide you with a ordered product picture.
Shipping worldwide takes approximately 10 to 20 days
Since all our products are made to order and personalised, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
The item arrives damaged
There is a manufacturing defect
You received the wrong product

Yes you can cancel your order but only if your order has not yet gone into production.
To cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
